Ingredients

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml chopped red onion
  • 5 g chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp mayo
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 340 g cooked salmon (or canned salmon, drained)
  • 120 ml panko breadcrumbs

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red onion, dill, mayo, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Gently fold in salmon and panko breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 200 °C.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and heated through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
